In March of 2014, a group of servants from Freedom Fellowship church in Greer, SC will travel to Haiti to work alongside the staff of Alex's House - an orphanage. This will be the first of our planned trips to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus to the people of Haiti.

Plane tickets purchased!
We are one big step closer to Haiti. Our plane tickets have been booked and we will be flying out of Charlotte on 3/8/14 to Miami and then on to Port-au-Prince. Thank you, God!

Important Information
Thank you to those that came out to learn about this first mission to Haiti last night.
I did forget 1 expense - Travel Insurance! It's $3.30/day per person as of today. So, add about $25 to the totals we discussed last night - $500 for all expenses in Haiti and about $1000 for travel (airfare) + your passport fees + your vaccinations that might be necessary.
I would like to direct your attention to Alex's House web site for more important information:
Information Packets (plan to visit here often as they update the information)
They have information on what they need for donations (subject to change) when you travel to Haiti and more information about expenses.
Also, we will be working about 1 north of Port-au-Prince (capital city) in a town called Kalico Beach - that is where the orphanage resides.
